Request a New PIN
For verification, please enter your KAPT
Account Number and click "Submit". For security purposes, you will then be asked to provide the response to the PIN hint
you established during your initial login.
Upon successful submission of your hint response, a new, temporary PIN will be e-mailed to the current e-mail address
on file with the program.
If the e-mail address on file is not current and needs to be updated, the program requires a written, signed request by
the account owner, along with the new e-mail information, be submitted before your PIN can be reset.
Once your e-mail address has been updated, you must re-request a PIN Reset online.
